Able Roofing handled a complex roof renovation end to end: As part of a major house renovation we decided to completely update our roof. This included:
– removal of old terracotta and installation of a new tile roof,
– sarking,
– removal of old ceiling batts and installation of new batts
– Removal of old guttering and downpipes and installation of new
– Flashing covers
– Replacement of eaves inc. painting
– Installation of two huge skylights on my flat roof section
Quality was exceptional: At the beginning of the job Mouhamad stated that he treats every house like his own. At the end of the job I can safely say this is true. Every element was inspected, assessed and revised if it didn’t meet Mouhamad’s high quality standard.
The job was completed quickly: Timeliness is key and Able Roofing delivered. The job was complex, requiring many niche skills and the coordination of lots of materials and trades. The timeliness of completion met our expectations.
Service was of the highest quality: A pain point in dealing with many trades is them never getting back to you, or if they do, not quickly enough. Mouhamad is brilliant at customer management – he is attentive to the needs of a client, responds quickly and with the right information to put you at ease.
Solutions focused: In any major renovation you often encounter unexpected things i.e. pull off a sheet here and find something you hoped not to. This happened a couple times on our job. I was impressed with how quickly Mouhamad was able to find a solution – this clearly comes from his breadth of experience in roofing.
Value for money: Able roofing provided a competitive quote for the end-to-end job. What you see and sign up to on paper is literally what you get. No hidden costs, no ‘that costs more’. Mouhamad is diligent with his assessment and quoting of job – you get a fixed price that you can count on.
Craftsmanship was great: Able roofing don’t cut corners or drive higher margin by using sub-par products. Our job included market-leading products from Monier, Velux etc. This gave me confidence as a customer that my new roof will stand the test of time.
